Booksure™ allows you to process any booking and credit card payment, regardless of whether the request originates from your website, a telephone call, an email, or a walk-in.
We realise the importance of communication when bookings are made remotely. With this in mind we allow establishments and guests to send one another messages at any time throughout the booking process.
We all want the same thing - a completed booking.
There are four ways in which a guest can reach you - via your website, by phone or e-mail, or by simply walking through the doors of your establishment. Here's how Booksure works:
Your website:
For guests who arrive at your website, the Booksure™ system relies on a 3 step process to ensure the successful completion of a guest's booking.
Step 1: Enquire - A customised Booksure™ enquiry page is created and placed on your website. Here your guest enters the basic details of his/her accommodation requirements, including any special requests he or she may have. You are instantly notified by email and SMS of the new enquiry. To view your enquiry, you simply login to your Booksure Management area.
Step 2: Quote - Once you have viewed the enquiry, you are able to respond with a Booksure™ quote, you or your staff can send the guest a quote and answer any additional questions. The guest is instantly notified by email and SMS that their quote is ready.
Step 3: Pay - If the quote is satisfactory, your guest can pay immediately and securely online at the click of a button. You then receive confirmation of payment via email and SMS.
Telephone or email:
For those guests who contact you via telephone or email, you are still able to send them a quote through the Booksure system. When your guest receives your quote, they are able to pay securely online with their credit card.
Walk in:
You can use Booksure to process the credit card of walk-in guest and those wanting to settle their bill at your establishment. You and your guest will be required to fill in accommodation details online. The system then prints out a receipt, which requires a signature and a card imprint.
It's That Simple!
