is BookSure Travel
BookSure Travel is travel platform which allows travellers and independent
accommodation (e.g. guest houses) owners to meet, communicate, and organise
travel arrangements.

Here's how it works
An independent accommodation owner lists his/her establishment (e.g.
guest house/ bed & breakfast) on BookSure Travel. In order to list, the
establishment needs to be rated by at least one grading agency e.g. Tourism
Grading Council of South Africa (TGCSA), Relias Chateaux, AA, etc.

Confirm, and Pay - then you are ready to go. |

1. Search for accommodation

2. Enquire about availability
 |
Once the traveller has found establishments that appeal to him/her on BookSure
Travel, the traveller can enquire about their stay. E.g. date of stay, number
of people, personal preferences, etc. The booksureTM technology
on BookSure Travel will then email and SMS the establishment saying ‘go online
you have an enquiry.’

3.Confirm your booking

The establishment owner will then respond to the enquiry in the form of a
quote. The quote will state that the guest house:
• Is able to accommodate the traveller on the requested dates.
• Or would love to accommodate the traveller, however can only offer
alternative dates.
• Or unfortunately is currently unable to accommodate the traveller.
BookSure Travel will then email and SMS the traveller saying ‘go online you
have a quote.’ The traveller will then go online check that the dates, the
rates and his preferences match those in the quote. If the traveller is still
unsure, he can send messages to the establishment asking various questions.

4. Pay for your stay

Once the traveller has found the quote that best suits his/her needs. The
traveller can then accept the quote and pay either the deposit or full amount
of the booking using our secure server technology – booksureTM .
