Description

Arrowood is a secure complex near the town center of Plettenberg Bay. Built on the grounds of the old town school, it sits on top of the hill leading down to the famous Beacon Isle hotel. Its position provides stunning all round views of the bay and the nearby mountain ranges. It is in walking distance of the beaches and its central location allows one to easily walk to the business area of the town

The complex has a communal swimming pool and laundry for the use of its tenants. There is a covered parking bay for each unit and good security is provided in the form of electric fencing and an automatic motorised gate. Opposite the entrance to the complex is the very popular Italian restaurant Cornuti and a meal there is highly recommended

Unit No 5 is situated on the ground level on the northern side of the complex, close to the entrance. There are a large number of stairs leading down to the entrance of the unit. The front door opens up into an open-plan kitchen and lounge area, which leads off into two bedroom and bathroom areas. The first bathroom contains a bath and toilet while the second contains a shower and toilet and is on-suite to the main bedroom. The main bedroom has a queen-sized double bed while the second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be brought together as a double bed. The lounge leads out on to an extended patio which has a braai/barbeque area and provides an elevated view of the stunning scenery

All linen and towels, including beach towels, are provided. The kitchen has a microwave as well as an excellent Defy stove. All cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. DSTV satellite is provided at no additional charge

Unfortunately no pets are allowed in the complex and a telephone is not available. A cleaning service can be provided on request and at an additional charge

Directions

Travel to the Dolphin Circle by entering Plett from the Shell or Engen garage access roads. At the circle goes east down towards the Beacon Isle hotel. After 100m the road makes an S to the right. Arrowood is directly in front on the right hand side and the entrance is off the road which comes off the main road on the right hand side
