Appaloosa Horse Farm & Country Retreat is set at the boundary of the Noordhoek wetland nature conservation where, among other birds, the African Black Oyster Catcher breeds.
With perfect panorama views of the Noordhoek amphitheatre and close to 8km of sandy beach with perfect sunsets, it is surrounded by nothing but paddocks.

The beach, known as Long Beach, stretches for 8km of pristine white sand - meeting up with Kommetjie beach. The latter is the home playground for a lot of South Africa's top SURFERS.

On two acres, it offers secure and shaded parking, a pool surrounded by vast lawns, and lots of privacy and peace.

We offer one family suite with two bedrooms and five beds, also suitable for two couples, and one small self contained garden flat with one double bed.

The Family Suite offers: separate entrance, thatch roof, 2 sleeping rooms (main with king size and other with twin beds that can be converted into king size bed), extra sleeping in main room for one person. Bathroom with full bath. Balconies.
The unit is fully furnished and serviced daily. Change of towels and linen is every third day; when water restriction are in place once every fifth day. It comes equipped with a mini Hi-fi system (CD or DVD). If somebody brings a DSTV card we can provide TV set and decoder.

The Garden Flat offers: separate entrance, small private garden with sun lounges, double bed, bath with shower, small kitchen.
The unit is fully furnished and serviced daily. Change of towels and linen is every third day; when water restriction in place, once every fifth day. It comes equipped with a mini Hi-fi system.

Directions

DIRECTIONS
From airport direction Cape Town on the N2.
Turn left, NOT onto the M5, but onto the M3 southwards direction MUIZENBERG.
At the end of M3 (T-junktion) turn to the right and at second intersection left onto OU KAAPSE WEG, over the mountain.
Going down the mountain, at the first village (SILVERMINE) turn right direction NOORDHOEK.
Up and then all the way down, at T-junktion turn right direction CHAPMAN'S PEAK.
Take the first to the left into AVONDRUST SIRKEL.
Go always straight till the end (ignore the right turn of the SIRKEL).
Turn left into LEERDAM.
Turn first right into BUREN.
At the end you turn left into KATZENELLENBOGEN ROAD.

THE APPALOOSA FARM is the last house in this cul de sac (blind alley).
