When driving from the airport or coming from the Garden Route, just continue along the N2 towards Cape Town city centre. Continue on the N2 for about 10 minutes and as you come up to the mountain keep right and continue towards the city - following the signs. Take the De Waal Drive turn-off to the left when the road forks and continue driving around the mountain. Just off De Waal Drive you need to take the Mill St turn-off. This will take you past a large shopping centre (Gardens Centre) on your left hand side and then you drive through two sets of traffic lights.
