Welcome to Kuhestan Farm in the Magoebaskloof Mountains, home to indigenous Afro-montane forests, pine plantations, blue gum trees and babbling brooks.

Kuhestan Farm is an organic avocado & raspberry farm, surrounded by forests on all four sides. It boasts one of the most beautiful gardens on the mountain. It offers self-catering studio accommodation for nature lovers, birders and everyone who is in search of nature and beauty.

Touching the edge of an expanse of evergreen Afro-montane forest, Kuhestan Farm overlooks the home of the rare Samango monkeys. Only in a few unique places does one have the rare opportunity to come face to face with these graceful little apes. Samangoes are seen around the farm and in early summer raid the fruit trees on the farm.

A charming Chalet with all the trimmings of the other 4 units, plus a small separate bedroom with a bunk bed to accommodate two children under the ages of 10. The Chalet is the only unit that is suitable for parents with children.

Queen Studio 1

The Queen Studio is tastefully furnished with wood-burning fireplace and an en-suite bathroom - including a heated towel rail. It has a terrace facing the garden and the indigenous forest. Serviced daily, it comes with a fully equipped, quality kitchenettes Braai facilities are available. The Queen Studio cannot accommodate children.

Queen Studio 4

The Queen Studio is tastefully furnished with wood-burning fireplace and an en-suit bathroom - including a heated towel rail. It has a terrace facing the garden and the indigenous forest. Twin Studio 2

Two Bedroom Cottage

A lovely two bedroom cottage set among our organic avocado and raspberry orchards. The two bedroom cottage cannot accommodate children. Each bedroom with queen bed, sleeps 2 adult guests and is en suite. Kitchen fully equipped with gas stove with oven. Cozy sitting area with log fireplace. The two-bedroom cottages cannot accommodate children.
